The Semco Series 70 Pan Assemblies are available for when you have your own test fixture design which requires an off-the-shelf chassis assembly.

  • Five piece sheet metal pan design facilitates modification of the pan for installation of connectors, fans and other components
  • Optional Hinging 3/8” thick FR4 Base Plate (Probe Plate)
  • Wide selection of pan depths available

How To Determine Pan Dimensions

First Dimension: Left To Right
Second Dimension: Front To Back

Example:
ASM-7006 VP-103S: 20" x 16"
20 " Left to Right 16 "Front to Back

Gas shocks are available for

the interior of the pan on the 103S,

and 104S size kits.

Pan Size

Select a kit size based on the size of your printed circuit board to be tested.

Upper Head Option

The Upper Head consists of the 1/2" thick clear polycarbonate lid, handle assembly, hinge assembly, and latch blocks.

Stripper Plate

A Stripper Plate is a spring-loaded FR4 plate that helps support the unit under test (UUT). It also protects the probes from damage.

2Base Plate And ESD Protection

The Base Plate (Bare board) option comes in either ESD G-10 or Non ESD G-10.The Base Plate (Bare board) option comes in either ESD G-10 or Non ESD G-10.The ESD option is recommended when there are static sensitive devices on the U.U.T. It consists of a Static Dissipative laminate bonded to the G-10 Base Plate.

Pan Depth

The sheet metal pans provided on Semco kits are available in different depths, allowing components, cooling fans, or additional hardware to be installed inside the pan.

Gas Arm / Carlson Hinge Spring Supports

The Gas Arm lid option replaces the standard Carlson spring hinges.

2Pan Latch

Pan Latches are available to provide safety and reliabile "hands-off" testing.

The VP G-12 ITA Frame Option is not included with the kit, but is available as an option.
